At our studio, entry for individuals under 18 years old is strictly prohibited.
A photo ID with proof of age (such as a driver's license, passport, or My Number Card) is required at the time of reservation. Without a photo ID, tattoo services cannot be provided under any circumstances.
CÖMPANY Tattoo Studio operates primarily on a reservation basis, but same-day appointments for walk-in customers may be possible depending on the design. Our staff members speak Japanese, English and Portuguese, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of customers, including those from overseas.
Our studio is committed to creating excellent artwork and ensuring customer satisfaction. To achieve this, we emphasize the following hygiene practices, precautions and the process leading up to your appointment:
Hygiene Practices:
1 We use an autoclave for high-pressure steam sterilization.
2 All needles, ink, gloves, cover sheets and paper materials are disposable.
3 The studio is smoke-free.
We refuse tattoo services to the following individuals:
1 Those under 19 years old and/or school-going age.
2 Individuals associated with criminal organizations.
3 Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs and deemed unfit for the procedure.
Process Leading to the Procedure: For walk-in customers, same-day appointments may or may not be available depending on studio availability and the complexity of the design. It's recommended to make a reservation in advance whenever possible. To make a reservation, you can inquire via your favorite artist's Instagram or visit us directly to select your desired appointment date. For customers traveling from afar, please inquire via your favorite artist's Instagram to discuss your design and then visit us to finalize your reservation. A reservation fee of 10,000 yen is required when booking. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the tattoo on the day of the procedure. During the design consultation, please provide clear information (size, placement, style, etc.). Bringing reference materials such as photos will help us better understand your design preferences. Designs will not be shown until the day of the procedure. If you are not satisfied with the design shown on the day, adjustments can be made. If a complete redesign is necessary, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to change or cancel your appointment due to scheduling conflicts, please notify us at least one week in advance.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to notify us, the 10,000 yen reservation fee will be treated as a cancellation fee and cannot be refunded. Please be aware of this policy.
